Beauty Fashion and Food I Am Obsessed With | EmmyWritesAbout

As you know I took a few months away from blogging and when I sat down to put together the products I used most over the last month it was so easy as I have been loving and using the same products throughout July. This past month I have stuck to using the same products and not switching up my routine or wardrobe too much. I have found some new favourites and also some old ones.

Too Faced Peach Perfect Comfort Matte Foundation – I have had this foundation in my collection a while and used it now and then but this month it has been non stop. The finish is gorgeous. It has a satin finish even though it is described as matte. It is medium coverage and makes my skin look healthy. It lasts well on my skin too.

Primark False Eye Lashes – I wear false eyelashes pretty much everyday but when it comes to work I want something simple that adds length. These lashes are incredible and only £1! If I remove the glue off them each day I get 3-4 uses out of them.

Fibre One Peanut Butter Popcorn Bars – Oh my these are delicious! Me and my mum had been hunting these down and finally found them. I am trying to eat healthier and cut down on junk, these are the perfect snack as they only have 90 calories! They are yummy! I got mine from Sainsbury’s but I also think Asda sell them.

Nip and Fab Bronzing Palette – This palette has become a huge favourite of mine. It includes two matte bronzers, one warmed toned and one slightly cooler and then two shimmery bronzers. The cooler bronzer shade I use to contour and the two shimmers are stunning! They don’t have chunks of glitter, they just add more of a glow. I use these on top of a matte bronzer to help give me a sun kissed glow.

Huda Beauty Coral Obsessions Palette – How stunning is this palette! It is the only product I own from Huda Beauty but I now need more. This palette is perfect for summer, the shades are extremely pigmented and blend well! Check out swatches of all the shades in my full review here.
Clearasil Ultra Rapid Deep Pore Treatment Toner – Now this has been a favourite for the past 2-3 months and I can’t believe how incredible it is. If you suffer with breakouts you need this in your life. It has reduced my breakouts and texture massively! I am going to do a before and after photo soon in my full review.

La Roche-Posay Effaclar H Multi Compensating Soothing Moisturiser | £16.00 | Link

I had been on the hunt for a new moisturiser and ordered this one on a whim. I am so glad I did as it is amazing. It is lightweight and has a soft cooling feeling as you apply it. It sinks into your skin perfectly keeping it hydrating. It has worked wonders on my combination skin. I have repurchased it already, I only buy it when it is on offer for around £10-£13.

Milani Prime Light Face Primer | £13.00 | Link

I always use my trusty Too Faced Mattifying Primer on my nose but I then use another primer all over my face and this Milani one has been my go to every single day! It goes the most stunning glow to your skin. It has a pearl tint with gold, when the sun hits your skin it is gorgeous. I apply foundation on top and it looks pretty with a slight glow. The primer is oil free which makes it great for combination or oily skin. I even when this when I wear no makeup to give my skin a glow.

I have been obsessed with my nails this month. I do my own gel nails with tips and love changing up the colour. I went with this nude pink that looked super glossy and went with everything!

River Island Nude Bag – I purchased this bag quite a few months ago but haven’t been using it until we started to get the nice weather. I have been using it non stop the last month, it goes with so many outfits and fits just enough in it.

NewLook Floral Wide Leg Trousers – I got these in the sale for £10.00, such a bargain! I have been wearing them so much to work and out of work. They are comfy and the pattern is pretty.
