Over the past few weeks this balm has been mentioned on a lot of blogs. Everyone seems to be obsessed with it, but why? When i was first sent this product i have to admit i wasn’t very excited to try it as at the end of the day its a lip balm, a basic product. It came in the normal kind of packaging but it did stand out being bright yellow which i liked.
The first thing that i noticed about this product is that it can be used for more than just a balm. This balm can be used for Lips, Skin, Hair, Beauty Finishing, Cuticles and Nails. The product is fragrance free which is a good thing if you use it on hair or skin. Another main factor that makes this balm different to the rest is that it is full of natural ingredients including Paw Paw, the fruit of the Carica Papaya plant, Aloe Barbadensis Leat Juice, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil and Medical grade Petrolatum Sorbate.
So what did i think? When you first try to squeeze the product out it does take quite a while as the product consistency is quite thick. I applied this onto my lips and noticed they felt super soft and it lasted ages. I decided to try this in other ways and applied this to some dry area’s of skin and also around the cuticles of my nails. I found it really did improve the dry parts of my skin, i was very impressed.
Overall for prices of around £6.95-£6.99 this balm is amazing and i have to agree it is worth the hype. You can also by a tinted version which i will definitely be ordering asap! This product is available from ASOS, Look Fantastic, Boots & more. You can also buy this product in a bigger size which would be perfect to use on hair.
