Lottie London Shimmer Quad Review and Swatches | EmmyWritesAbout

My highlighter collection is becoming a bit obsessive. I didn’t realise how many I had but my obsession for that perfect cheekbone highlight will always be strong. I recently purchased quite a few products from Lottie London and one of them was the Shimmer Quad. I have heard alot of good things about it so thought it was about time I tried it for myself.

The quad contains four different highlighters from an icey white, champagne pink, gold and a bronze. Im quite pale and I can wear 3 of these and the bronze shade I use an eyeshadow. The size of each pan is incredible which makes this palette an absolute bargain. The packaging is simple in a sturdy cardboard flip lid palette. It is definitely travel friendly.

The formula is what surprised me. When I initially swatched them the texture didn’t impress me as it didn’t feel creamy or extremely soft but when I swatched the shades on the back of my hand and also on my face they completely transformed. The pigmentation is unreal, they look absolutely stunning. When I apply them to my skin the powder melts into the rest of your makeup and makes it look flawless.

I will let you take a moment to drool over those swatches. Look how stunning the shades look. How they swatch compared to how they first feel is completely different. If you love an intense highlight this palette is for you. The Shimmer Quad has won me over. I usually wear either the pink champagne shade or the gold and if I want it to pop even more I add a touch of the icey white shade on top.

The Lottie London Shimmer Quad retails for £9.95 from Superdrug which in my opinion is a bargain. I have been reaching for this over my higher end highlighters. It is completely worth the hype.
