Those days when you just want to keep pressing snooze but then end up with barely any time to get ready, we have all been there. Some days I need a quick and easy makeup routine that isn’t complicated or that takes up to much time and I have one routine that I do repeatedly if im in a rush. Even though you don’t have long to get ready you still want to have a fresh face.
Rimmel Lasting Finish Primer | £6.99 | Link
This is the primer I turn to when I need my base to literally last me all day. I used to use the Rimmel Stay Matte Primer which is now discontinued but this one is very similar. This primer feels like a thicker moisturiser, it sinks into the skin well and leaves a slightly tacky base for your foundation.
L’Oreal Infallible Pro Matte Foundation (US Version) | $12.99 | Link
This is my go to base most of the time. If im just doing normal day to day activities this is the foundation I will use. It is medium buildable coverage that looks flawless. The shade range is massive. This stays flawless all day long.
Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer | £17.50 | Link
When I want that fresh makeup look of course this is the concealer I turn to. I have used this for over 3 years! It is medium coverage but really helps to brighten. I have the lightest shade as I always go a shade lighter so it brightens as well as concealers. It doesn’t crease either.
MAC Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation | £22.00 | Link
Holy Grail alert right here. Whether im going for a quick routine or spending longer on my makeup I often turn to this powder. It creates the most flawless base without being heavy or looking like you have applied powder. It also makes my makeup last longer.
Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara | £7.99 | Link
I never believed the hype over this mascara until I tried and it and I love it. I do wear false lashes alot but the days I go natural I wear this mascara. My lashes are non existent and this helps to really add length. See my Top Lengthening Mascara’s Post to see my before and after of this mascara.
Benefit Ka-Brow | £18.50 | Link
Brow Pomades usually tend to take longer to do your brows but not this one. I have used other pomades which I do find take longer but this pomade isn’t like others I have tried. The formula is firmer than other pomades I have used but it is so quick to use and even though it is a pomade your brows look super natural but defined.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Gloss “Undressed” | £16.00 | Link (UK ABH Website Has Now Launched)
These glosses are the best formula ever. I have two shades, both are extremely pigmented and they don’t feel as sticky as your usual gloss. All of the shades are opaque which I find not many brands achieve but ABH really have. This shade is perfect for those quick fresh looked makeup days as it is a nude gloss that gives the same pigment as a lipstick. You can wear it on it’s own or applying on top of a nude lipstick to create an even more intense colour.
ColourPop Highlighter Smoke N Whistles | $8.00 | Link
The most intensely stunning highlighter I have ever used, I turn to this over my Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kit and my Becca Champagne Pop. The are a cream/powder formula, I use the Real Techniques Setting Brush to apply and it looks intense almost wet looking. This helps me look fresh faced and glowy.
